Welcome to PixShrink. By downloading, installing, or using the PixShrink application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

PixShrink is an on-device image processing tool that provides features such as photo compression, format conversion, and storage optimization.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Service Models

• Free Version: Provides basic processing features and may display ads.
• Pro: May include auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Annual) and/or a one-time purchase option (e.g., Lifetime access), depending on availability in your region.

2.2 Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.

2.3 One-Time Purchase (Lifetime)

If offered, “Lifetime” is a one-time purchase (non-consumable) that provides access to the corresponding Pro features without automatic renewal.

3. User Conduct

• Rights to Content: You must have the legal rights to use and process any images you select.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the App to process or create content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, or infringes privacy or other rights.
• Backups: Although we strive for stability, you should back up important photos before processing.

4. Intellectual Property

The App (including code, icons, UI design, and branding) is owned by PixShrink and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your photos and other content you process using the App. PixShrink does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Disclaimer and Apple Terms

This agreement is between you and PixShrink only. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• PixShrink and Apple disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time due to business, legal, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
